3. Deposits and Payments

• Ownership of all materials supplied remains with Mr Bathrooms Sydney until full payment has been received.

 

4. Cancellations and Delays

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.

• If work is cancelled after materials have been purchased or scheduled labour allocated, cancellation fees may apply.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control, but we will communicate promptly and work to minimise disruption.

 

5. Warranties and Workmanship

• All work is carried out by licensed and insured tradespeople in accordance with NSW Fair Trading and Plumbing Code of Australia requirements.

• Workmanship warranties apply as per NSW law.

• Product or material warranties are provided by their respective manufacturers.

 

6. Site Access and Safety

• The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site for all workers and deliveries.

• Any hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos) must be disclosed before work begins.

• We comply with all relevant Work Health & Safety (WHS) standards.
